About Us
Taian Jiacheng Machinery manufacturing Co.,Ltd is a company specialized in manufacturing forging parts which located in the foot of Mount Tai.Our company is very convenient in transportation which is near Jinghu Express and Jinghu Railway.Our company was set up in 1993 with the registered capital of CNY10,000,000 ,which covers an area of 30000 square meters,and the building area is 24000square meters .We have more than 100 employees currently.We are experienced enough in technical and quality control to assure providing customers with high quality products according to customer's drawing and samples.
There are four working shops in our company ,including tooling shop,die-forging shop and roll forging shop and machining shop.The forging shop is equipped with four production lines,that is 400T/630T double plate friction forging presses,and one set of 1600T double plate friction forging press,there is also 250and 450 rolling production line and more than 20 sets of supporting tooling processing equipment in our company.
The main products of company include auto parts such as gears,gear rings,connecting rods ,crankshafts,axle spindles,axle sleeves;agricultural and motor vehicle parts and accessories such as oil pipe partisan machine accessories ,caterpillars,chains Ector products are sold to many famous big enterprises at home and are also exported to USA,Japan,Europe and Southeast Asia etc.
We have invested CNY 3,000,000 to buy 40,000 square meters land in Gaoxin Zone of Tai'an City in Feb.2010,in order to prepare to construct the first stage project of Shandong Yanxiang machinery Co.,Ltd.(Registered capital is CNY2,000,000).One set of 1250T hydraulic forging line will be installed,and the leading product is half-axle-housings of auto rear axles and some straight spindles etc.
Regarding quality control management ,we have been verified by ISO9001 in 2009,and are going to build ISO/TS16949 quality system in May,2010.
